One of the things that I didn't include in the Cool Cleveland Interview I did with Tony Houston was an expression that Tony uses often. When he says it, he's referring to the work our parents have done to get us where we are today. I remember him describing his mom and dad's knuckles swollen from work. Another thing I didn't put in the article was his father surviving a near-fatal robbery of the grocery store they own - he was shot seven times. When someone asks Tony if he's qualified to sit on this or that board of directors, he responds "My father and mother paid the ticket". If you bump into Tony, ask him about it.
