I would be most grateful for someone to send me to the links (yes, links) where I can find a coherent definition of the deliverables expected from any large investment in a Cleveland/regional business-attraction plan/program/scheme/campaign/institution/strategy. Then I would read with the following queries in mind:My question is, does such a thing exist? Chas is quoting a study done in 2000. With the lack of anything coming out of the Convention and Visitors Bureau or Team NEO, I highly doubt that anyone has identified winners and losers, let alone what the deliverables are.
- Who would be the primary and secondary winners and losers from these deliverables?
- What is the targeted schedule for ROI from the investment?
- How do the deliverables make the City of Cleveland and the rest of its region both equal, symbiotic winners from the investment?
