One of the benefits of keeping a blog is the excellent comments I get like this one:

Following along the lines of this Stockdale Paradox, University Circle needs to work much harder if it truly intends to become "one of the world's premier urban districts" UCI needs to dig deeper to rebuild the University Circle Red Line Station than by building a pseudo transit oriented development (TOD) by bulldozing two acres of mature trees. This Stockdale Paradox also applies to the INCREDIBLE potential of transforming the Cuyahoga into a sustainable economic engine.
