Master Ambassador

Steve Goldberg talks about a recent experience he had. The weird thing is, I had a similar one last night! How many people come into town that end up sitting in a bar because they don't know where to go and have a way to get there? Steve says:
"Yesterday, I had a meeting in Public Square and I took the RAPID for convenience and to be a little 'green'. Waiting for the return run, I noticed a women with a suitcase seemed a little nervous about how to get to the airport. I told her to follow me and she'd be fine." "We got to talking and found out she was from San Franscisco and was here to install software at CSU. We compared notes on SF and shared stories about restaurants and weather. I asked the woman, what did she see, do, and eat in Cleveland. Not much, except San Souci and Rascal House pizza. She was busy and only averaged about 4 hours sleep each night. She said that although, the CSU people were real friendly, picking her up at the aiport and taking her out for the San Souci meal, they did not make any other suggestions to what to do or where to eat."
Kudos to Steve for going out of his way to help someone and make her feel better about the City of Cleveland!
