What's It Going To Cost?The perception of most business owners is that they must be price competitive in order to make a market with their products or services. While extremely high prices might be impossible to achieve, at reasonable levels price is not the most important purchasing factor.
Most customers are willing to pay more for the service that a company provides. If you spend the time to educate your customer before the sale and service them after the sale, you'll be able to sell at a higher price than your less capable competitors.
