She wrote: "What we do is to educate our clients as to what we can and will do for them. Then we deliver much more than they have come to expect. We find that in our business, which is cleaning, there is little or no knowledge of what we can do. In this case, a little knowledge goes a very long way, and our clients think it's great if someone can give them an easy-to-run system to use after we have finished. The supply of knowledge is probably the best marketing tactic anyone can use. It gives you credibility and generates huge referral lists of future
