Your Comfort ZoneI'll bet that this is one of your favorite places. You probably feel warm all over when you're in your comfort zone!
But doing the things that make you comfortable can result in an unwillingness to embrace changes. Change is usually necessary in an organization to continue growth and improve market viability.
So, don't get too comfortable. If you wait for discomfort to move you along, the price you pay may be too severe.
