Dan Gilbert promotes entrepreneurship in his home town.
Bizdom U is the brainchild of Dan Gilbert, a Motor City native who is founder and chairman of the online mortgage lender Quicken Loans. He also hopes to help revitalize his hometown.

Answer: Because Cleveland is like Teflon for any kind of business intelligence.

To the “hunt for signal” meetings I’ve had there — where fifteen minutes were spent trying to arrange for some, feeble wireless connection to the outside world before a meeting could start.
