Later today, I’ll be heading down to Brevard County Florida, where we are conducting a business summit for the Space Coast.
The challenge: The space shuttle shutdown.
We will be using the process of strategic doing — how strategies form in open networks — to develop re-engagement networks. We developed this framework at Purdue to meet the challenges of severe contractions in the auto industry.
The framework of re-employment networks involves building new, focused networks on the fly to absorb the highly skilled talent emerging from NASA and its contractors.
