Yesterday, I was in South Central Idaho, one of 39 WIRED regions around the country (Workforce Innovation in Regional Economic Development).
These regions are becoming “hot spots” to explore the next generation of workforce innovation: new approaches to integrating education, economic development and workforce development.

This afternoon, a group of us will be heading to Michigan to conduct a Strategic Doing workshop for three key federal agencies responding to the needs of auto communities. I’ll report on that session over the weekend.
