PD tuesday gave a deadline of 4/1/09 for city council to decide their new districts after obligatory consultants weigh in.that leaves the public almost no time for input. just another example of how the local govt. chooses to operate in a private way when ever possible. our leaders fend for themselves paying lip service to the people who elect them.
