John McGovern · Re-Imagining Cleveland: Audacious… or Realistic?
June 18th, 2009
The Planning Commissioners Journal ’Circle the USA’ Project blog posted an analysis of the Re-imagining Cleveland effort. Although the review dates all the way back to April!! 2009, it is a worthwhile read about this homegrown idea to turn sour grapes (vacant land) into wine.

FYI – Re-imagining Cleveland has $500K available for neighborhood based projects that implement this vision.
