RE: Community Land Trusts and foreclosures, Cleveland’s got one, too, the Cuyahoga Community Land Trust. BFDers may be interested to know that they are nearing completion of the first of 5 Green Cottages, an energy efficient, permanently affordable home in the Detroit Shoreway neighborhood. They are scheduling some public events this month, including a ribbon-cutting and open house.
