		<description>Well, there&#039;s little doubt that the ship is listing, if not sinking, under the weight of incompetent political and business leadership and the corruption probe. 

My sense is, though, that there&#039;s a more immediate motivation: the PD&#039;s editors are angling for a Pulitzer for their corruption coverage. They&#039;ve been handed a fat opportunity that does not come along too often in the newspaper biz.</description>
