I received the notice that it was 6 months past due. I went to pay it. They didn't accept credit card, so I asked where the closest atm was. The clerk instead called up an officer, who handcuffed me and took me to jail. The indignation and absolute disgust I feel towards Cleveland Heights has never left me. I spent about 6 hours in Cleveland Heights jail for a parking ticket.
