Yesterday, the leadership of Colorado’s workforce system learned the skills of Strategic Doing. This process is a close cousin of Appreciative Inquiry, developed by David Cooperrider at Case Western Reserve University.
Like Idaho, Colorado is introducing Strategic Doing to build the networks needed to transform its system.
