Ed Morrison · BFD Learning Moment: Indiana’s Energy Systems Network

After nine months of work, Indiana’s Energy Systems Network went public last week. An entire team of people were working on this initiative, including my colleagues and me from Purdue.
The network is working on a pipeline of Clean Tech projects. The first two:
The Hoosier Heavy Hybrid Partnership to develop hybrid trucks and buses; and Project Plug‐IN to integrate electric vehicles and ‘smart grid’ technologies.
Open innovation networks enable participants to align resources quickly around emerging market opportunities.
