I saw this today and felt a compulsion compelled to share. I’ve added some music to make it go down a little easier.
The state is issuing $1.4B of bonds to cover short term cash requirements but there is a little caveat…but don’t chew worry none….the coast is clear…this won’t have any impact…

If and when they take our bribers and frauders into custody, what will you offer as accompaniment? Maybe some Rossini, Verdi, an old Irish folk tune?
How about some music to accompany the budget news for Cuyahoga County’s upcoming shortfall?
You must teach me these tricks of offering accompaniment with news. Orchestras and chamber ensembles may need work in the new economy and performing a press conferences could catch on…
