NEO Honor Flight October 2008
Traveled back from Baltimore last night on the last Honor Flight Ohio for WWII veterans from NEO for this year. Fifty-seven veterans made the trip, about a third in wheel chairs.
The Honor Flight Network launched in 2005.
The Network provides WWII veterans with the opportunity to tour the World War II monument in Washington DC and spend the day reflecting on their contributions. You can learn more about the Honor Flight Network here.
