Chamber endorses revenue sharing plan
As the economic crisis deepens, local governments (and the state) are going to have to find new ways of governing. The old ways clearly don’t work. This initiative could provide a path to a new system of regional collaboration and sharing. It’s great to see the forward thinkers in the Mahoning Valley supporting the effort.
