A kind community member donated a used Mac to my classroom, which the district would not allow us to link to the school network. It became a dinosuar, since we had no software for it.
The best types of tech donations are periphrials,(key boards, mice, etc.) since they get used and abused rather quickly in a school environment.
Many classes would also love digital cameras, memory cards, PROJECTORS!, printers, scanners, paper, INK!, flashdrives, cables, and surge protectors,to name a few.
Thanks so much to all of the individuals and businesses who have donated equipment, time, money, and ideas to the cashstrapped schools of Northeast Ohio</description>
