If you’re looking for a good way to start a relaxing long weekend, I suggest stopping by The ConsciousNest between 6-10PM tonight for a bit of reflexology. While you’re there, you might want to look for Lindsey, the new yoga instructor, who’s there at 5PM on Mondays and Tuesdays (that I’m sure of). Those classes are only $10.
