Is that Tim Hagan?

Doug, now that you mention it, Jimmy Duh seemed to come more unstuck in that incident with Henry Gomez and Mark Puente this April, but they didn’t haul him away, at least not right away. The recap is here, just for yuks–

We’ve had some great material come to light this year. Can you believe how everybody just picked up and booked?

Tim, to your point, our great County leaders have made this kind of behavior totally acceptable. Not sure why they hauled him off?

Assuming this is real, this is a lesson on why one makes backups: so you don’t freak out when the laptop dies. Because laptops are more likely to die than other computers. Idiot.

Was that guy using VISTA?

Doug:
I think I heard this guy mumbling a quote from Camus: “I shall tell you a great secret, my friend. Do not wait for the last judgment, it takes place every day.”

Good video LOL And the guy looks like the actor in the quit smoking commericals (he’d be the one in the coffee shop trying to learn how to drink coffee without a cig in his hand?) lolol

Why was a women saying, “don’t hurt him” at the end as the police were taking him away?

1) Laptop lid was extremely loose – flipping back too many times during the skit even though he tried to control it.
2) The reaction of the two people video taping the event were not very convincing towards the end
3) Police responded too quickly, did not have lights on, and were not wearing any identifying badges / outerwear besides hand-cuffs.
4) Police cannot take someone in to custody that quickly without a pat down and procedure. No Miranda rights read.
How can people at Break.com and on the internet think this is real?

hasnt this guy ever heard of hard disk recovery?
if the data is sooooo sensitive, there may be a good chance he can still retrieve it. Of course, after banging on his laptop so much he seriously lowered his chances. But heck, they recovered data from one of the molten hardrives inside of the Columbia shuttle…
