Why does the Clerk of Council manage 50 members? Does she need that many?

Brooklyn Centre has long been sold out. BTW, Sheryl Hoffman's house just transferred to CMHA. Nice. Who else will be moving to Bay Village next?

Needless to say, but said anyway, I like my proposal way, way more:

http://timferris.blogspot.com/2008/06/healing-wards-of-cleveland.html

They're (Tony George of Westlake) saying that we in Cleveland ought to be content with representation of one councilperson per 25,000 people. Westlake has 32,024 residents. Taking his own medicine for the miracle cure for lean and mean government, Tony and his cronies would then be allocated 1.2810 councilpeople. Perhaps they could make up the missing 0.719 in a sharing, caring arrangement with Bay, which has 16,087 residents and therefore would qualify for 0.6439 of a councilperson. I know that there's 0.751 of a councilperson I haven't accounted for, but I'm sure that the yet-to-be-revealed lurking, latent genius of Tony's plan will make up for that, somehow.

Again, if you didn't click the link, I'm recommending 25 councilpeople for the City of Cleveland. The dialogue needs to be put in reverse quickly.
