Some time ago, a group of folks at Cleveland Institute of Art tried to get the Powers That Be in Cleveland to focus on computer animation and computer games as an emerging cluster with a lot of growth potential.

It did not work out so well, and other communities, like Baltimore, are seizing the day. Here’s a series from this morning’s Baltimore paper:
